Taken over as third team manager this year and has
helped out at training hence the number of nicknames
that have been given him. Is leaning towards a
youthful side this year although he may be forced to
balance things out with experience as players drop
down from the seconds. A level head is required in
running the 3rds as it is the worst job within a
football club but luckily Andy has got the
enthusiasm to carry this out.
